How does the unlimited plan work?

You can send us as many design requests as you want and we will begin working on them one by one in a queue. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the design, you can request as many revisions as you like until you are fully happy.

What if I send you many different requests all at once?

We work by a queuing service. We will not start on the next task in line until the previous one is completed. If you need multiple projects worked on at once, there is the option to purchase an add-on plan for another designer. We do make exceptions when clients are in a hurry to deliver something, but we need to be able to realistically work at reasonable speed where we can produce quality results.

Are there any restrictions to the types of design work that are included in the unlimited plan and individual plans?

We only offer one page landing page designs and banner design services. Banners include static and HTML Gmail banners.

Who owns the work that is designed?

You own everything that is designed by us. We will also include all of the original source files.

What if I need something done immediately?

To ensure quality of work, we require at least 2 business day to complete a banner and 3 days to provide an initial draft for a landing page design. You can put in a request to have a design task expedited which we will try our best to pull through but if your requirement is an immediate unreasonable turn around time (e.g less than 8 hours), it may be best to reach out to a local freelancer to see whether they can provide something quicker.

Can I share my account with others?

Yes you can. Do keep in mind that we process requests in a queue, one at a time, so the experience will be sub-par if the account was being shared excessively or abused.

Just received my design work but I’m not 100% satisfied?

You can request an unlimited number of revisions, and we will keep making those changes to the design until you are 100% happy.

I am an agency, can I resell the work completed?

Yes as you own all rights to the work, you can resell it as you see fit. If anything, this would be perfect to pick up the smaller pieces of work to free up bigger projects for your team.

Do I need to commit to a contract?

No, you can cancel at any time.

Can you follow brand & style guidelines?

Yes we can. As long as the brand / style guide is provided along with any specific requirements on colors, fonts and sizing, we’ll be able to produce design work within your guidelines.

I just submitted a design request. How quickly can I get my design work delivered?

This depends on the complexity of the design request sent to us and also how many designs you have already submitted into your queue. A relatively simple design request such as a banner (depending on quantity) can be delivered within 1 – 2 business days, whereas smaller tasks (such as font changes or color changes) can generally be turned around in the same business day.  Landing pages will take at least minimum 72 hours for an initial design draft depending on complexity of the page. Each landing page could take up to a week or more based on how much revisions are needed and also if the design will be built out in Unbounce or Instapages. 

How about revisions, how long will this take?

Every revision will take at least 1 business day depending on how many revisions are requested and in queue. If it’s a more complex revision then it may take longer. 

What happens after I sign up?

When you sign up, you will gain instant access to our design request system dashboard where you can immediately place your request and get your job in line for your assigned dedicated designer to get started on.

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel, you can email us or click “cancel” in the account management section after you login.
